The Illinois Department of Public Health is expanding the Rural Vaccination Program. IDPH officials announced that six rural counties will be holding Johnson and Johnson vaccine clinics in the coming weeks. Officials say eight-thousand additional doses will be distributed through the program. Governor J.B. Pritzker says he’s thrilled to see the program expanding and bringing doses directly into rural communities.
