House Judiciary Committee Advances Legislation On Court Reform, Gun Violence

The Illinois House Judiciary Committee on criminal matters is moving forward with three pieces of legislation.  The first bill would expunge records for those found not guilty of crimes.  The second bill would expunge the records of defendants who are unable to pay fines.  The third bill tackles gun violence as a public health issue.
