Illinois Daycares Increase Rates Over Minimum Wage Raise

Daycares across Illinois are increasing their rate because minimum wage has been raised.  Many say their families are understanding that the higher cost is necessary for them to stay in business.  The minimum wage went up to eleven-dollars-an-hour at the beginning of this year and will continue to go up a dollar a year until 2025.
