Residents to Vote on Allowing Recreational Cannabis in Decatur

Residents in Decatur are getting a chance to vote on whether the sale of recreational cannabis will be allowed in the city.  The question will appear on the April 6th ballot.  The City Council in October voted against allowing recreational cannabis sales in the community.  Illinois became the 11th state to allow recreational marijuana usage last year.
