Responders Remind Drivers to Move Over on Scott’s Law Anniversary

First responders are reminding drivers to slow down and move over for stopped vehicles with flashing lights.  Area law enforcement are stepping up awareness of Scott’s Law, which marked its 18th anniversary yesterday.  The law is named after late Chicago firefighter Scott Gillen, who was hit and killed on the roadside by a drunk driver.
