Urbana Puts Expiration Date on Emergency Order

Urbana is putting an expiration date on one of its emergency orders.  The order ties uniquely to the Tier Three mitigations and deals with indoor dining.  The order will expire as soon as the region moves out of Tier Three mitigations.
