Two Children Badly Hurt After House Fire

Two Decatur children are badly hurt after a house fire.  The blaze broke out Sunday at a home near West Main and North Monroe streets.  Crews rescued a seven-year-old and a 13-year-old who were trapped inside the burning home.  Both were taken to the hospital in what the fire chief called “rough shape.”  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
