Illinois Pork Industry Recovering From COVID-19 Slump

The Illinois pork industry is recovering after a COVID-19-related slump.  The Illinois Pork Producers Association Executive Director says meat packing plants are back up to 95-percent capacity.  Plants were at 60-percent capacity at the start of the pandemic.
