Illinois Officials to Share School COVID-19 Cases

Illinois health officials are going to publish data about COVID-19 outbreaks in schools.  The effort by the state Department of Public Health is intended to maintain transparency about new COVID-19 cases in schools.  Illinois Education Association President Kathi Griffin says the information will be available to help those in the education community work with families to make decisions about instructional methods.  IDPH says the data won’t be available for a few weeks.
