U.S. Secretary of Education: Spring Assessments Returning In 2021

U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos is telling schools to prepare for spring assessments.  State Superintendent of Education Dr. Carmen Ayala says federally required assessments will be administered in spring 2021.  DeVos says states should not expect waivers given for the spring 2020 assessments to be granted for this school year.
