New Plaque Commemorates Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address

A new plaque at Camp Butler National Cemetery is commemorating President Abraham Lincoln’s second inaugural address.  The plaque was unveiled in a ceremony yesterday morning.  Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie said after the ceremony that the address was “the most powerful speech ever delivered by an American president.”
