U Of I Develops App To Deliver COVID-19 Test Results

A new app developed at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign delivers COVID-19 test results for faculty, staff, and students.  The Safer Illinois app also reminds users about scheduled testing and provides current testing status.  The status can be used for entrance to university facilities without revealing personalized health information.  Chancellor Robert Jones says the app is a convenient, secure, and direct way for the university community to manage their COVID-19 status during the semester.
