New Report: Illinois Third Nationally In Social Distancing

A new report from TOP Data ranks Illinois third nationally for social distancing.  The report puts Illinois’ percentage of normal interactions at 32-and-a-half-percent.  Lower percentages earn states a higher social distancing ranking.  California took top honors, and South Dakota came in last with a percentage of over 87-percent normal interactions.
