With so many summer activities being cancelled for 2020, Junior Welfare Association is inviting the entire community to join in a Decatur-themed Scavenger Hunt. Beginning July 6, 2020, clues will be posted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 3 p.m. through the JWA Facebook and Instagram accounts (and hopefully SHARED by many others).
The rules are pretty simple:
- Participants are encouraged to follow each clue to a location somewhere in Decatur.
- Post a selfie photo taken at each location onto their own Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #DecaturILScavengerHunt or email your photos to membership@gmail.com.
- For each correct location posted for a given week, participants will be entered to win that weekly prize offered by a local organization or business.
- The deadline for posting your hashtagged photos is midnight on the Sunday after the clues were posted.
