The Decatur Area Arts Council Tuesday announced that the 2020 Decatur Craft Beer Festival has been cancelled. According to the release, the Arts Council says “Necessary COVID-19 health guidelines do not allow the Arts Council to present this event in the expected “craft beer festival” style.”
The DAAC is encouraging you to patronize your local breweries who have been struggling during this time. Also, as the Decatur Craft Beer Fest is one of the Arts Council’s most important fundraising events, they are encouraging you to make a donation to the DAAC.
