Illinois is not yet fully reopened, but there are signs the economy is making a comeback. Federal job numbers released yesterday show Illinois added over 62-thousand jobs last month. That is enough to drop the unemployment rate in the state by two points. Illinois’ jobless rate is now 15-point-two-percent. Illinois’ unemployment rate remains about two points higher than the national average.
