A motorcyclist is dead after crashing into a car. The crash happened at the intersection of North Woodford Street and East Grand Street in Decatur. Police say 46-year-old Daniel Smith collided with the vehicle of a 30-year-old Decatur man. Smith was not wearing a helmet and was found unresponsive at the scene and was taken to the hospital, where he died. The crash is under investigation.
