One Arrested After Four Injured In Decatur Shooting

One man has been arrested after four people were injured following a weekend shooting in Decatur.  The shooting happened near Johns Avenue and Webster Street where Police say nearly 100 people were gathered in the area.  Police have arrested 22 year old Javel Anderson in connection with the early morning shooting.
