Man Facing Attempted Murder Charges after Saturday Shooting in Decatur

A man is facing attempted murder charges in connection with a shooting in Decatur that left a woman on life support.  The woman was found shot and unresponsive Saturday night under the Garfield overpass.  U.S. Marshals arrested Paul Folks yesterday evening.  Police had previously arrested Lavanski Folks for his involvement that led up to the shooting.
