Churches across in Decatur and across Illinois are back open for in-person services following a nearly three-month closure because of COVID-19. Congregations are taking precautions, such as extra disinfection measures and wearing masks. Many services are continuing to offer online service for those uncomfortable with or unable to gather in person.
