Teen Faces Vandalism, Burglary Charges

A teen is facing charges in Decatur after a church was vandalized and a church bus was burglarized.  Police say 19-year-old Brandon Underwood is believed to have made a 911 call to authorities from the vandalized Moundford Free Methodist Church, where he was found inside covered in blood and wearing only boxers.  A bus at the Lutheran School Association had also been broken into and damaged.  Authorities say Underwood was arrested after being treated for significant injuries and has a history of mental illness.
