Bloomington Police say 13 adults and three juveniles are facing charges related to looting, violence, and vandalism in the city.
Arrests were made early yesterday morning, as people broke off from crowds at Eastland Mall and broke store windows, squad car windshields, and other items. Some threw rocks and projectiles at officers, and others looted a Kohl’s store. Arrests were also made in connection with a burglary in the 900 block of IAA Drive, and as the result of a traffic stop near Empire Street and Prospect Road where rocks and stolen merchandise were recovered.
