A man and a woman from Mattoon are facing charges in connection with a man found dead from what officers believe to be a heroin overdose.
Police say the man was found dead in the 1800 block of South Ninth Street yesterday morning. Jada Hart and Cody Parsons were arrested and charged with drug induced homicide and delivery of a controlled substance. Investigators say Hart arranged for the man to buy heroin from Parsons.
