Governor J.B. Pritzker is sharing detailed safety guidelines as the state prepares to enter Phase Three of the Restore Illinois plan.
During Phase Three, bars and restaurants will be able to reopen for outside dining. Retail spaces can reopen at 50% capacity with no reusable shopping bags. Offices, manufacturing, barbershops and salons, summer programs, and some outdoor recreation activities will also be allowed to reopen. All spaces reopening must follow specific sanitation protocols.
