Sangamon County judge rules against restraining order from business owner against Pritzker

A judge is ruling against a restraining order called for by a Peoria business against Governor Pritzker’s stay-at-home order.

A Sangamon County judge denied RC Outfitters’ request for a restraining order yesterday.  Owner Adam White had sued the governor, saying he can’t legally keep businesses closed this long.  White says the shut down has caused his business “irreparable harm.”
