Mueller Company officials are temporarily shutting down their Decatur plant and foundry after several employees tested positive for COVID-19.
A spokesperson says the facilities will be closed through Sunday for deep cleaning and sanitation. She also says the employees who tested positive and those who had “significant contact” with them are quarantined at home with pay and benefits.
