Twelfth Macon County resident dies of COVID-19

The Joint Crisis Communication Team has confirmed the twelfth death in Macon County due to COVID-19.

This person was a male in his 60’s who was a resident at Fair Havens Senior Living long-term care facility.  To date, the Macon County residents with COVID-19 that have passed away have been in the following age ranges: 2 patients in their 60’s, 2 patients in their 70’s, 6 patients in their 80’s, and 2 patients in their 90’s.
