Pritzker appeals judge’s ruling against stay-at-home extension

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker is appealing a judge’s ruling against his stay-at-home order.

The appeal calls for the ruling to be reversed and the dissolution of Republican Representative Darren Bailey’s temporary restraining order.  Bailey claimed in his lawsuit that Pritzker didn’t have the authority to extend his stay-at-home order.  The judge ruled in Bailey’s favor.
