Decatur Police are investigating a deadly shooting. The shooting happened yesterday afternoon in the 1400 of East William around 3 p.m.
17-year-old T’Kai T.J. Crayton was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is scheduled for today at the McLean County Coroner’s Morgue.
