There has been another positive test for COVID-19 at a Decatur nursing home. Villa Clara announced its first positive case today.
The resident is currently in the hospital. There have been no other positive tests on workers or residents at Villa Clara.
The resident was in the facility for a total four days as a new resident and during that time was kept in an isolated wing of the building. The staff maintained droplet precautions for all interactions to follow protocol.
