A man wanted for murder in Decatur is under arrest in Wisconsin.
Police say Felipe Woodley-Underwood shot and killed 24-year-old Bryston Musgrave on Wednesday morning. Woodley-Underwood was found in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by U.S. Marshals and arrested. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Macon County.
