Caterpillar is announcing that workers will not be seeing pay increases or monetary incentives.
Officials made the announcement yesterday, saying senior executives and salaried workers won’t get base pay raised in 2020. A spokeswoman also says incentive plans will not be paying dividends this year. Workers at Building KK in East Peoria were laid off earlier this week.
