The baby of Seth Nashland, the Macon man who has been accused of inflicting burns and brain injuries to his son, has been discharged from the hospital.
The 31-year-old was arrested last month and yesterday he plead not guilty to charges against him.
Hospital staff say the baby will likely have complications from the injuries throughout his life.
