East Main Cross Street in Taylorville was closed after a roof collapsed on Wednesday night. Around six o’clock last night, firefighters were called to the 200 block where a collapse of an unoccupied building had occurred. There has not yet been an announcement on what caused the collapse. No injuries have been reported.
