A Decatur man who was arrested last month for charges of child sexual exploitation has been indicted on those charges by a federal grand jury.
Courtney Williams was found to have attempted to entice a child younger than 14 via the internet to engage in sexual activity. Williams acted as a 17-year-old via social media. He picked the girl up on January 24th, drugged her, then sexually assaulted her.
Williams could face life in prison if convicted.
