On Monday, a man was accused of public indecency at Von Maur. Lasiwon Swarn was trying on clothes when he asked a female employee her opinion on his outfit. When she entered the dressing room, he exposed himself.
He left the store with the clothes, but was later caught eating at a local restaurant.
Swarn has been charged with public indecency, retail theft and disorderly conduct.
