15 men from central Illinois are facing charges after being arrested as part of an FBI operation in Kankakee County. The men have been charged in separate criminal complaints with attempted enticement of a child to engage in illegal sexual activity.
Some are also being charged with attempted sexual exploitation of children. The complaints were unsealed yesterday as each made made their initial appearances in federal court in Urbana.
