A Decatur man has been accused of attacking a man during a home invasion.
On Monday, Karthell Owens opened a sliding door and then approached the victim from behind and began choking the man. Owens then began punching the victim in the face, leaving him with an injury to his left eye.
Owens, who was on parole, has been charged with violation of his parole and home invasion.
