A Valentine’s Day argument led to a man needing stitches on his face. A man went to the residence of his ex-girlfriend on North Church Street where the boyfriend of the man’s ex-girlfriend’s mother told the suspect to leave.
The suspect then became upset and refused to leave. The boyfriend of the woman’s mother then called police. Soon after, the suspect returned to the porch and the two began to argue. The suspect then hit the man with a closed fist. They began to wrestle for a time, before the ex-boyfriend got up and left.
The victim was left with a laceration to his upper lip.
The suspect is being sought for aggravated battery.
