The NTSB is releasing more details regarding the plane crash that killed three people, including the former mayor of Springfield. On Wednesday, a report that was released showed that the pilot of the twin-engine airplane was having issues with his navigation systems 15 minutes before the crash.
John Evans, Cinda Edwards and former mayor Frank Edwards were killed when the plane crashed on January 28th.
