The Decatur man arrested after being accused of discharging a handgun outside of White Oaks Mall in Springfield has plead not guilty.
On Thursday, William Harper entered the plea while facing charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, criminal trespassing and discharge of a firearm. The incident happened back on December 28th.
If found guilty, he could be sentenced to three years in prison.
