A man from Decatur was indicted on charges of receiving child pornography, sexual exploitation and enticement of a minor.
27-year-old Daniel Betty met a 14-year-old from Champaign through an app used for teens ages 13-19 to meet friends. He drove to Champaign to meet a 14-year-old in October of 2019. Conviction of the charges could range from 5 years to life in prison.
