A man in Decatur fired a handgun twice after confronting two people over LINK cards he had purchased from a woman. The 42-year-old woman was walking with a 58-year-old man near Monroe and King when the man approached them and began demanding money back, due to one of the cards being unusable.
He then pulled out a handgun and shot twice, missing the victims.
Police are searching for the suspect.
