A 17-year-old in Decatur was arrested in connection with the death of 21-year-old Jayson Goodbred. The 17-year-old also faces charges from a 2018 shooting that injured a 15-year-old.
Goodbred was shot in the Decatur Inn on December 5th and later died at an area hospital. One witness in the area claims Goodbred was shot accidentally. Goodbred’s cousin, Avery Drake, was arrested for obstruction of justice.
