A man in Decatur was arrested on Monday after alarming passersby and customers downtown on Main Street.
The 36-year-old moved erratically and screamed at vehicles as they went by for most of the morning.
Upon speaking to officers, the man continued acting strangely, awkwardly positioning himself and making nonsensical responses. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
