A Decatur man was arrested for selling synthetic marijuana. Police had been observing the man as he made transactions from his car on North Witt Street. The 49-year-old explained to officers that he was selling spice, which is a name often used for synthetic cannabis.
The man was charged with delivery of a look-alike drug substance.
