A Decatur resident who was shot in the back on Sunday is not cooperating past telling officers where he was when he was shot. Police in the area of the 2600 block of N. Jasper Street heard gunshots and soon after, a man arrived at a local hospital with a minor gunshot wound to his back.
Officers returned to the scene of the shooting and found a number of shell casings littered in the road.
