Sheriff’s department on lookout for impaired and unbuckled drivers through Thanksgiving weekend

The Macon County Sheriff’s Office will be ramping up efforts to find unbuckled and impaired drivers through the 2nd of December.

In 2018, crashes caused 15 deaths over Thanksgiving and the holiday weekend.
