The Illinois Senate has passed a bill that, if passed by the House, would prohibit vape users from vaping inside of public buildings. The vote passed 41-11 to include vaping into the Smoke Free Illinois Law.
The current law allows smoking inside of tobacco stores, but vaping would not be allowed in tobacco stores.
A bill that would disallow sales of flavored vape cartridges has yet to be put in front of lawmakers.
