A 31-year-old from Maroa who chased a stranger in a car with a handgun has been sentenced to seven years in prison. Kevin Roark was arrested on March 6th after troopers intervened between Roark and the chase victim.
While speaking to Roark, officers were told he was chasing the car in front of him thinking that the driver sent him threatening text messages.
Roark told an officer he would kill the man if he caught up to him.
